How to silence other sounds from sample slice?
How to silence other sounds from sample slice, for ex, if u just want the violin from it..? is it possible? _________________

It's all about your EQ...
If youve got a high sound turn the bass out and you won't hear it anymore.

It's hard to do it perfectly because there are a lot of sounds also in the frequency range of the violin, but any elimination of other frequencies will definitely help.

I usually just run the sample from my computer, through an outboard mixer into my MPC. Then just eq it with the mixer. However, if you are working with just a DAW, I'd just use any audio editing program. Pull up your sample, pull up a vst eq and then adjust your eq till it sounds the way you want it to. _________________ K Dubz Beatz
