i use fl ver. 7
does any 1 know of a good synth for baselines? Or where i can get free soundfonts?

A good cheap synth for basslines is Novation's Bass-Station, or alternatively their V-Station. Cheap and simple to use... If it has to be free then 4Front Bass VST.
You can find free soundfonts at the http://www.hammersound.net/cgi-bin/soundlink.pl - currently the best resource for soundfonts.

sf2.com has lots of free soundfonts and also modernbeats has better ones but they're not free. in fl 7 look in "channel presets" theres about 20-30 basses alone

I think u should use Steinberg Hypersonic!
The steinberg hypersonic has many cool basslines!
