People always say that Kanye's too cocky. But Lil Wayne if anyone hasn't noticed has reclaimed himself as the greatest rapper alive, and nobody says anything about it. Kanye West will argue about why he didnt win an award which he deserved to win and all of a sudden hes the bad guy.

I wouldn't say that Lil Wayne is more cocky I also wouldn't say that he is the best rapper alive but he does his thang while Kanye just talks too much

4 me kaney is a cocky.lil wayne talks a lot but with the hit llollipop hi deserves to be the best repper alive.
