I just bought the M-Audio 410 firware audio interface for my computer. Has 16 seperate audio outputs which you can run to your mixer. The nice thing about that is if you are using a program that supports an audio card with multiple outs (I know Reason does) you can direct different tracks in your mix to different channels on your mixer and from there I can do effects sends on the mixing board on top of what I can do on the computer, etc.
They run about $250. I've also got an M-Audio Keystudio midi controller which cost me about $100. It has USB midi to connect to the computer. The action on the keys is a crummy though, It doesn't have the feel of playing a real piano or hammand organ or anything but I guess I don't expect much for $100.

I've just been recommended the M-Audio Keystation 49e. I then called Musikhuset Aage (Danish music gear shop) and found out that it's off the market, but they recommended me the M-Audio KeyRig 49 instead, which apparently is its successor. In an hour I'll drive up to Musikhuset Aage, and get it. Looking forward to it. I'll reply back here if it's good or not.
Besides that, I also have an M-Audio soundcard, which I think works perfekt.

M-Audio is very popular among the FL crowd, usually people on low budgets. From what Ive seen and worked with they get the job done but performance may be different with the same product. Had a preamp go bad and it should have lasted longer but it worked for when I needed it. Same exact one I got used works perfect to this day although I dont use it. Dont spend a lot of money on and M Audio product. U will get better value out of their lower priced items as they are likely similar build quality, just different options and services. _________________ WHISTLER MUSIC.....
