Melodies
I'ts hard for me to create a melody. All my melodies are repetitive and consist of few notes. How can I make better melodies?

Damn son I dont wanna sound like a dick but u will never be a producer if u cant come up with a melody. U can learn to read music but u have to be able to feel it to write your own. U can listen, study, replicate, sample and straight bite anything u want. But then u need the drums, the harmony, and the bass, that must coexist with and expand your entire piece. Just try humming, or whistle like I do. Learning the notes is the first step. Pick up an instrument and get some lessons. Then u can try chords and harmonizing.

haha, well these days with soulja boy and shit like laffy taffy, it seems like 3 to 4 notes are all you need to make a banger.
but if you want to make sophisticated melodies, the best thing is to get formally educated in music. Take piano lessons or something, it provides a strong foundation you can really build off of. Also listen to a lot of beats that have good melody and at first try to imitate and mimic them, this will strengthen your composing ability.

If it helps what I do Is I come up with a little phrase or something considered a chrous or a hook. and I put the notes behinds the syllablles.
"I do what you do better than you doin it."
that's jus simple, but you can use like multi-syslabble and just put notes and some modulation on it.
thanks for reading.
