i want to start making beats but have no clue where to start, i know that FL studio is a good system to have and my friend says he does almost everything off of that but dont i need a mic and synthesizer and stuff? i'm on a small budget as i have to save up for all this shit myself so if you could tell me how to make good beats without spending too much money that'd be great! also if anyone has any tips on how to get started, i know i could promote myself on myspace and facebook and shit but if there are other things i should know then i'd appreciate it if ya told me. peace
