Whats your set up gonna be like in a year from now?
Im new to this site and wanted to post, plus i know everyone likes dreaming up what gear they want in their studios.
At the minute my set ups pretty basic, Reason 4, Cubase (just for plug ins, i think Reasons pretty shit for processing), Behringer MS20 monitors, akai mpk 49 keyboard. Got a roland MC303 and a MicroKorg but dont have an interface or any shit yet so cant record them in.
In a year from now i hope to have a Mac, Logic, Focusrite saffire interface, Edirol PCR keyboard, some better monitors, maybe KRKs ive heard they sound good, and a deck so i can sample of vinyl instead of Cd, and an amp. Wanna get a guitar amp of some sort to record drums out of, and a bass guitar.
Dunno if all thats possible in a year but im gonna give it a shot anyways.
